Everyone deserves access to affordable, quality health care coverage. Coal Country Community Health Center has Certified Application Counselors who can answer your questions about the Health Insurance Marketplace and assist you with applying and enrolling.
Important dates for 2026 coverage: The open enrollment period is November 1, 2025, through January 15, 2026. The last day to enroll or change plans for coverage starting January 1, 2026, is December 15, 2025. Coverage begins on January 1 for those who enroll by December 15 and pay their first premium.
