When you think of clinics and the services they provide, images of furnaces and showers are unlikely to come to mind.

In observance of Memorial Day, all CCCHC locations will be closed on Monday, May 29th and resume regular business hours on Tuesday, May 30th.

All caregivers are invited to build a support system with people who understand. This caregiver support group, conducted by trained facilitators, is a safe place for those caring for individuals with any disease to: develop a support system, exchange practical information on caregiving challenges and possible solutions, talk through issues and ways of coping, share feelings, needs and concerns, and also learn about community resources. The group meets at the Hazen Senior Center (21 7th St NW, Hazen) the last Tuesday of each month from 2-3p.m. For more information, contact Jen Will at (701) 748-7380 or jwill@coalcountryhealth.com

Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventative wellness exams for students in PreK-12th grade in May. A wellness exam may include a sports physical for the 2023-2024 school year if requested. The sports physical will be valid through the 2024 school year.

All Coal Country Community Health Center locations will be closing at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, April 7. Regular business hours will resume on Monday, April 10. We wish you and your family a Happy Easter!

Coal Country Community Health Center Foundation knows how important it is that local residents gain the skills to be our community’s health care providers of tomorrow. We are pleased to invite graduating seniors who are seeking a career in a medical field (e.g., physician, nurse, therapist, technologist, pharmacist, etc.) to apply for a CCCHCF scholarship. Four $500 scholarships will be awarded.
