Stepping On is a falls prevention workshop that will help you build the confidence needed to manage your falls risk. Trained leaders coach you to recognize your risk of falling and help you build the balance, strength, and practical skills you need to avoid a fall. Recovery Month celebrates the gains made by those in recovery. This observance reinforces the positive message that behavioral health is essential to overall health, prevention works, treatment is effective, and people can and do recover. On Thursday, Sept. 2^nd from 5-7 PM, drive-thru our CCCHC Beulah Clinic south parking lot to receive a FREE ice cream float along with an informational packet on recovery services. Our Behavioral Health team will be available to answer any questions on the services we offer for recovery!

Join us while we walk for wellness at the Oliver County Fair in Center on Sat., August 14 at 9:00 a.m. This FREE community event promotes health and wellness, while giving you the opportunity to learn more about the services CCCHC offers. Participants will meet at CCCHC - Center Clinic at 8:30 a.m. and begin the walk at 9 a.m. Enjoy a walk on the marked course at your own pace. There will be a light breakfast, door prizes and giveaways!

Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding Sports Physical Clinics at all clinic locations in July. Athletes participating in any sport during the 2021-2022 school year are encouraged to schedule an appointment.

Coal Country Community Health Center was recently selected as a recipient of a special Community Builder grant from the Offutt Family Foundation and R.D. Offutt Company. The Community Builder program is a unique initiative designed to support charitable organizations and nonprofits that RDO team members are passionate about and serve the greater good in their communities. This year’s program focused on supporting youth mental health nonprofits.

During the Pandemic, the Hazen Clinic was designated as the clinic to see patients with respiratory illnesses and the Beulah Clinic designated to see patients with other healthcare concerns.
