In the past, Coal Country Community Health Center (CCCHC) offered a discount to patients if a balance was paid in full within a short time after the service was provided. Due to recent review of HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration) requirements, we are no longer able to provide that discount based on cash payment. CCCHC still has other payment options available, and we would be happy to review those with you at your earliest convenience. Our team is here to support you and discuss options to help manage your healthcare costs.

Coal Country Community Health Center Foundation knows how important it is that local residents gain the skills to be our community’s health care providers of tomorrow. We are pleased to invite graduating seniors who are seeking a career in a medical field (e.g., physician, nurse, therapist, technologist, pharmacist, etc.) to apply for a CCCHCF scholarship. Youth Wellness Exams + Sports Physicals: Extended Hours Available
Beginning in June, Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventive wellness exams and/or sports physical for children and adolescents needing sports physicals for the 2023-2023 school year. Extended hours are available! When calling your preferred clinic to schedule your youth wellness exam, please indicate if you want a sports physical only. Most insurances cover a wellness/preventive exam that includes a sports physical. If you want a sports physical only, the cost is $40 at the time of the visit.
