CCCHC has teamed up with the UND Center for Rural Health, Sakakawea Medical Center, Western Plains Public Health, Hilltop Home of Comfort and Knife River Care Center to gather information about the communities we serve and learn more about how local services are used. The results of this survey will be used to develop a plan to improve and expand the care we provide.
