Due to poor road conditions and the No Travel Advisory, all CCCHC locations will be closing early:

Killdeer Clinic closing at 2:00 p.m. MT
Beulah & Hazen Clinics closing at 3:00 p.m. CT

In case of an emergency, please report to the emergency room at Sakakawea Medical Center.

Youth Wellness Exams Offered at Beulah & Hazen School Clinics

Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventative wellness exams for students in PreK-12th grade in May. A wellness exam may include a sports physical for the 2023-2024 school year if requested. The sports physical will be valid through the 2024 school year.
