Stepping On is a falls prevention workshop that will help you build the confidence needed to manage your falls risk. Trained leaders coach you to recognize your risk of falling and help you build the balance, strength, and practical skills you need to avoid a fall. The class will be offered Wednesdays, October 6 - November 17 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m at Knife River Care Center. Call Dannette at (701) 873-3292 to sign up.

We are pleased to invite graduating seniors who are seeking a career in a medical field (e.g., physician, nurse, therapist, technologist, pharmacist, etc.) to apply for a CCCHCF scholarship. Four $500 scholarships will be awarded.
