Effective Monday, July 26th, Coal Country Community Health Center began offering COVID-19 testing to individuals that are required to be tested prior to traveling. Call (701) 873-4445 to schedule an appointment at our Beulah and Hazen Clinics.
Hazen Clinic testing hours: Monday - Friday, 9 - 11 a.m.
Beulah Clinic testing hours: Wednesday & Thursdays, 9 - 11 a.m.
