Good mental health improves our ability to handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health services are available for children, adolescents, and adults. Youth Wellness Exams + Sports Physicals: Extended Hours Available
Beginning in June, Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventive wellness exams and/or sports physical for children and adolescents needing sports physicals for the 2023-2023 school year. Extended hours are available! When calling your preferred clinic to schedule your youth wellness exam, please indicate if you want a sports physical only. Most insurances cover a wellness/preventive exam that includes a sports physical. If you want a sports physical only, the cost is $40 at the time of the visit.
Youth Wellness Exams Offered at Beulah & Hazen School Clinics
Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventative wellness exams for students in PreK-12th grade in May. A wellness exam may include a sports physical for the 2023-2024 school year if requested. The sports physical will be valid through the 2024 school year.
