Open enrollment for 2021 health insurance coverage is quickly approaching! This period runs from November 1 to December 15, 2020. Enroll or re‐enroll by December 15 for new coverage to start January 1, 2021. CCCHC has Certified Application Counselors to assist you in finding quality and affordable coverage. Youth Wellness Exams Offered at Beulah & Hazen School Clinics

Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventative wellness exams for students in PreK-12th grade in May. A wellness exam may include a sports physical for the 2023-2024 school year if requested. The sports physical will be valid through the 2024 school year.
