Children ages 3‐6 years old must complete their Well Child Check in the month of August or September to receive a backpack. A great time to update immunizations. Youth Wellness Exams + Sports Physicals: Extended Hours Available
Beginning in June, Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventive wellness exams and/or sports physical for children and adolescents needing sports physicals for the 2023-2023 school year. Extended hours are available! When calling your preferred clinic to schedule your youth wellness exam, please indicate if you want a sports physical only. Most insurances cover a wellness/preventive exam that includes a sports physical. If you want a sports physical only, the cost is $40 at the time of the visit.
CCCHC Sports Physical Clinics
Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding Sports Physical Clinics at all clinic locations in July and August. Athletes participating in any sport during the 2022-2023 school year are encouraged to schedule an appointment.
