Coal Country Community Health Center — Beulah, Hazen, Center and Killdeer Clinics will be closed on Monday, May 25^th in observance of Memorial Day. Regular business hours resume Tuesday, May 26^th.

Youth Wellness Exams Offered at Beulah & Hazen School Clinics

Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventative wellness exams for students in PreK-12th grade in May. A wellness exam may include a sports physical for the 2023-2024 school year if requested. The sports physical will be valid through the 2024 school year.
