CCCHC has teamed up with the UND Center for Rural Health, Custer Health, Hilltop Home of Comfort, Knife River Care Center and Sakakawea Medical Center to gather information about the communities we serve and learn more about how local services are used. Youth Wellness Exams + Sports Physicals
Throughout July, Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventive wellness exams and/or sports physical for children and adolescents needing sports physicals for the 2025-2026 school year. When calling your preferred clinic to schedule your youth wellness exam, please indicate if you want a sports physical only. Most insurances cover a wellness/preventive exam that includes a sports physical. If you want a sports physical only, the cost is $40 at the time of the visit.
