This event will be held at the Hazen City Hall. Mashed potato bar and all the fixings will be served during the social hour from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. with the show starting at 7:15 p.m. Silent auction and raffle drawing will be held at the end of the evening. CCCHC has teamed up with the UND Center for Rural Health, Custer Health, Hilltop Home of Comfort, Knife River Care Center and Sakakawea Medical Center to gather information about the communities we serve and learn more about how local services are used. The results of this survey will be used to develop a plan to improve and expand the care we provide.
