Profile by Sanford will be offering a FREE introductory session in Hazen on Tuesday, September 10th, 5:30 p.m. in the Sakakawea Medical Center Conference Room. The session is free and open to the public and will cover program basics and discuss options for offering the program locally. Profile by Sanford provides nutrition, activity, and lifestyle coaching to help members lose weight and keep the weight off.
