Children ages 3‐6 years old must complete their Well Child Check in the month of August or September to receive a backpack. Call to schedule an appointment for your child at any of the CCCHC Clinic locations!

At Coal Country Community Health Center, we offer both Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Services and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) to provide personalized care that meets each individual's needs.
