Coal Country Community Health Center Beulah Clinic will have limited hours of operation to accommodate the final move into the newly constructed and renovated clinic in Beulah. Additional providers will be available at the CCCHC Hazen Clinic during this time for your healthcare needs. Call 7018734445 to schedule an appointment. Hours for the CCCHC Beulah Clinic on Thursday, June 13th will be from 8 a.m. ‐ 12 p.m. and on Friday, June 14th, the clinic will be CLOSED.

CCCHC has teamed up with the UND Center for Rural Health, Custer Health, Hilltop Home of Comfort, Knife River Care Center and Sakakawea Medical Center to gather information about the communities we serve and learn more about how local services are used. The results of this survey will be used to develop a plan to improve and expand the care we provide.
