Medicare Basics will be held on Monday, January 28, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m. in the SMC Conference Room. The session will cover Medicare Terms and Definitions, Medicare Coverage: A, B, C & D, Medicare Initial Visits, Preventative Services, Advance Care Planning and a review of Supplement Plans. Coal Country Community Health Center Foundation knows how important it is that local residents gain the skills to be our community’s health care providers of tomorrow. EMDR Therapy now offered at CCCHC
Behavioral health providers Melissa Herman, Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Masters Addiction Counselor and Talitha Schnaidt, Licensed Profession Counselor took part in an extensive training program through The Maiberger Institute based out of Boulder, Colorado. These providers are now certified to offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
