The session will cover Medicare Terms and Definitions, Medicare Coverage: A, B, C & D, Medicare Initial Visits, Preventative Services, Advance Care Planning and a review of Supplement Plans. Youth Wellness Exams Offered at Beulah & Hazen School Clinics
Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventative wellness exams for students in PreK-12th grade in May. A wellness exam may include a sports physical for the 2023-2024 school year if requested. The sports physical will be valid through the 2024 school year.
