Social Hour is 6:00 — 7:30 p.m. with the show starting at 8:00 p.m. Silent and live auctions will take place throughout the evening. Tickets are $20.00 in advance and $25.00 at the door. CCCHC has teamed up with the UND Center for Rural Health, Custer Health, Hilltop Home of Comfort, Knife River Care Center and Sakakawea Medical Center to gather information about the communities we serve and learn more about how local services are used. The results of this survey will be used to develop a plan to improve and expand the care we provide.
