Effective Monday, February 4th, the main entrance for patient visits at Coal Country Community Health Center ‐ Beulah Clinic will be the southside vestibule. Please use this entrance for all services except Physical Therapy. Patient’s needing Physical Therapy, will park and enter the facility from the east entrance.

CCCHC has teamed up with the UND Center for Rural Health, Custer Health, Hilltop Home of Comfort, Knife River Care Center and Sakakawea Medical Center to gather information about the communities we serve and learn more about how local services are used. The results of this survey will be used to develop a plan to improve and expand the care we provide.
CCCHC Awarded Grant from the Offutt Family Foundation and R.D. Offutt Company
Coal Country Community Health Center was recently selected as a recipient of a special Community Builder grant from the Offutt Family Foundation and R.D. Offutt Company. The Community Builder program is a unique initiative designed to support charitable organizations and nonprofits that RDO team members are passionate about and serve the greater good in their communities. This year’s program focused on supporting youth mental health nonprofits.
