Eating Tips for a Healthy Holiday Season

Focus on weight maintenance vs. weight loss during the holidays. Plan on NOT dieting after the New Year, it should be a lifestyle change instead. Be physically active in some way most days of the week. Make sure you don’t skip meals during the day. Take steps to minimize recreational eating. Reduce the fat in your holiday recipes.

Hazen Memorial Hospital Association Annual Meeting — October 25

Please join us for the Hazen Memorial Hospital Association Annual Meeting on Thursday, October 25 at Hazen City Hall. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. with a free dinner being served at 5:30; and business meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public and everyone is invited to attend.
