Diabetes Prevention Program — Virtual Classes

This 26 session program offers a Lifestyle Coach who will guide you on weight loss, increasing your physical activity and making small lifestyle changes that are proven to reduce the development of diabetes. Rehab back in Hazen

The Hazen occupational therapy and physical therapy staff is back at Sakakawea Medical Center as of Tuesday, July 7. Outpatient services continue in Beulah and Hazen at Coal Country Community Health Center.

Urgent Care Closed on July 4th

Sakakawea Medical Center Urgent Care will be closed Saturday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day. The emergency room remains open.

CCCHC Center & Killdeer Clinics — Update

As of Tuesday, June 9th our CCCHC Center and Killdeer Clinics will be transitioning back to normal clinic operations. Patients experiencing respiratory or COVID‐19 symptoms will be seen during limited hours on a daily basis at our Center and Killdeer Clinics. To ensure the safety of our patients and clinic staff, we ask that you call ahead to schedule an appointment with a provider. All patients will be screened appropriately before being seen in the clinic.

Transportation Services
