Coal Country Community Health Center (CCCHC) will have limited hours of operation at all locations to accommodate the move into the expanded CCCHC clinic in Beulah, clinic hours will be as follows:
- CCCHC Beulah Clinic
- Thursday, January 31st — CLOSED
- Friday, February 1st — CLOSED
- CCCHC Administration & Behavioral Health Clinic, Hazen Clinic, Center Clinic and Killdeer Clinic
- Thursday, January 31st — 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon (CLINICS WILL CLOSE AT NOON)
- Friday, February 1st — CLOSED
Patients needing urgent care services should report to the Convenience Clinic located in the Emergency Department at Sakakawea Medical Center. Convenience Clinic hours will be from 12:00 noon – 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 31st & 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 1st.

Beginning in June, Coal Country Community Health Center will be holding preventive wellness exams and/or sports physical for children and adolescents needing sports physicals for the 2023-2023 school year. Extended hours are available! When calling your preferred clinic to schedule your youth wellness exam, please indicate if you want a sports physical only. Most insurances cover a wellness/preventive exam that includes a sports physical. If you want a sports physical only, the cost is $40 at the time of the visit.

Colorectal cancer is the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths in both men and women in the United States. Combined, it’s estimated there will be more than 150,000 new cases of colon and rectal cancer reported in the U.S. in 2023 alone. Colorectal polyps and colorectal cancer don’t always cause symptoms, especially at first. That’s why getting screened is so important. With early screening and testing, it is preventable, treatable, and beatable! The CDC updated recommendations to begin screening for colon cancer starting at age 45. This March during Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, we encourage you and your loved ones to be aware of risk factors and get screened.
